Shipping & Returns

Shipping Rates & Online Sales Return Policy:

All items are sent either by USPS or UPS with a flat rate shipping cost of $10.  The shipping process will be initiated within 48 hours, then you will be sent an email confirmation with tracking information. We do offer international shipping as well, however, the shipping cost will differ based on purchase amount and customs duties will be the purchasing party's responsibility.

We will gladly accept returns or exchanges on unworn items with original boxes and tags within 7 days of delivery. Please notify us of your return at info@themixshoes.com. Please return merchandise with a copy of your invoice for refund. Returns and exchanges over 7 days of package delivery are for store credit only. Upon receipt of the return, we will issue a refund, less the original shipping fee. All shipping expenses are the obligation of the purchaser. No returns or exchanges are accepted after 14 days of package delivery. Return all packages to the address below.
